Roof Snap ("we", "us") provides aerial roof photography services in Dore & Totley, Sheffield (S17). This page explains what personal data we collect when you book a flight, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR.

What we collect

When you make a booking, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, property address, preferred date and time slot, and any optional notes you provide (for example, access instructions or gate codes).

How we use it

We use this information solely to arrange and carry out your booking — to confirm your slot, contact you about your flight, and deliver your photographs. We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it to anyone.

How long we keep it

We retain your booking information for 12 months from the date of booking, after which it is permanently deleted.

Third parties

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Booking submissions are sent to Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, purely so that we receive notification of your booking. Payment is handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor — your card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout page and are never seen or stored by us.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. To do so, email hello@roofsnap.co.uk and we'll action your request within 30 days.
