Why Roof Snap

Know your roof before it costs you.

Most roof problems are invisible from the ground — until they're expensive. Here's what a clear view from above actually gets you.

Spot problems early

Missing tiles, cracked flashing or moss build-up are easy to miss from ground level. Catching them early can save thousands in repair costs.

Insurance & documentation

Dated, high-resolution photographs make ideal evidence for insurance claims, warranty disputes or pre-purchase surveys.

Selling or letting

Give buyers and tenants a clear, professional view of the whole property — not just what's visible from the street.

Peace of mind

A dated visual record of your roof's condition, kept on file, so you always know exactly what state it's in.

Fast turnaround

We aim to have your photographs in your inbox within 6 hours of booking — often much sooner, weather permitting.

Aerial view of terraced rooftops in Dore

This roof needed attention.

The owner had no idea. A £14 survey flagged the moss build-up, blocked valley and failing pointing — before it became a £3,000 repair bill.
